Decent value for website

I was looking for a WordPress website development service and ilimane seemed to offer a good package. I grabbed a promo they had going for a new website. The price felt fair, especially compared to some other quotes I got. The communication was clear, and they delivered the site pretty much on schedule. I made a few requests for changes and they handled them without extra charges, which was a relief. For what I paid, I got a functional and decent-looking site. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Good logo process

I got a custom logo design from ilimane a few weeks ago for my new small business. The whole process was pretty smooth, actually. I sent them some ideas and they got back to me quickly with a few concepts. There were a couple of rounds of revisions, which was nice, they were open to my feedback. The final logo turned out really well, it fits my brand perfectly. I was a bit nervous at first since I hadn't used a service like this before, but it worked out fine. It felt good to get something professional without too much hassle.

Quick portrait delivery

I ordered a Portrait numérique for my sister's birthday. The image quality was good. It was delivered within the timeframe they stated. Happy with the purchase.

Just got my realistic portrait from ilimane. Blew me away, seriously. The details are incredible. Anyone else ordered one recently?

A AmitM 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

I got one last year for my anniversary. My wife absolutely loved it! It's hanging in our living room now. Thinking of getting another one for my parents.

P PriyaS 4 weeks ago

That's a great idea! I was considering it for a gift too.

T techfreak 4 weeks ago

Did you use any 'remise fidélité' or 'offre parrainage' for your second order?

A AmitM 4 weeks ago

Good question, I should look into that! Might save a few bucks.

S Sneha22 4 weeks ago

That's awesome! How long did it take from ordering to receiving the final piece? Their site says 'delai de livraison' can vary.

P PriyaS 4 weeks ago

For me it was about 10 days for the digital file. Physical print probably takes longer.

C coolboy88 4 weeks ago

Mine was quick too, like 8 days. But it was just a digital portrait.

R Rahul87 4 weeks ago

Oh really? I've been thinking about getting one but was worried about how 'realistic' it would actually be. Glad to hear a positive review!

P PriyaS 4 weeks ago

Yeah, I was super skeptical too. But they nailed it. Sent them a few photos and the result was spot on.

D Deepak91 4 weeks ago

Did you ask for any modifications? I'm always nervous about that part.

Thinking about getting a realistic portrait for a gift, but I'm worried about revisions. Can you actually ask for changes on ilimane? And what if I don't like it at all?

P PoojaR 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Yes, you absolutely can ask for modifications! They usually offer a certain number of revisions as part of the package. I got a portrait done last year and asked for a few tweaks to the background and they handled it no problem.

G gamerraj 3 weeks ago

Good to hear. Was it easy to explain what you wanted changed?

D deepu 3 weeks ago

That's a relief! My friend is super picky.

S Sneha22 3 weeks ago

Not sure about not liking it at all, but their customer service is generally helpful. Maybe reach out to them directly with your concerns before ordering?

D deepu 3 weeks ago

That's a good idea, thanks!

D darkknight 3 weeks ago

I think for portraits, they are pretty flexible. I saw an 'offre parrainage' once that mentioned extra revisions as a bonus. Might be worth checking if that's still around.

D deepu 3 weeks ago

Interesting, I'll look into the parrainage offer.

M maxwell 3 weeks ago

Yeah, their 'réduction portrait personnalisé' deal is good too, but not sure about extra revisions with that one.

Just ordered a custom logo from ilimane. How long does it usually take to get the first draft? Super excited but also a bit impatient!

C coolboy88 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

It really depends on how busy they are, but their communication is usually good. If you don't hear back, just drop them a line. They're pretty responsive.

P PriyaS 1 month ago

Good to know, thanks! I'll give it a few days then.

N NikhilS 1 month ago

Yeah, their support team is solid. Had an issue with a WordPress template and they sorted it quickly.

R Rahul87 1 month ago

For my logo, I got the first concept back in about 3-4 business days. They were pretty good about sticking to the timeline they gave me initially.

S Sneha22 1 month ago

Mine was more like 5 days, but I did ask for a lot of specific details upfront.

P PriyaS 1 month ago

Oh, that's faster than I expected! Hope mine is similar.

A AmitM 1 month ago

Anyone know if the 'réduction pack logo' speeds things up at all? Or is it just a discount?

R Rahul87 1 month ago

Just a discount from what I remember.

Is ilimane legit or am I better off going with someone like Fiverr or Upwork for a custom illustration?

J Julia Walsh 2 months ago

I used them for some brand identity stuff and it was totally legit. The quality was really good, felt more personal than just picking someone random on Fiverr.

N Nick Brooks 2 months ago

They're a real company, based in France I think. Not just a random freelancer. I found their communication to be pretty professional compared to some others I've tried.

Trying to figure out if there are any current deals for a WordPress site build. Do they ever do promos or is it just the listed price?

A Andre 1 month ago

I've seen some promos for bundles, especially around holiday times like Christmas. They don't do a ton of random sales though, usually it's for specific packages.

J Jared J. 1 month ago

You might get a small discount if it's your first order, but I don't think they do a lot of recurring coupon codes. Most times it's a direct price cut on a service package.

Just started my small business and looking into getting a logo done. ilimane's 'Conception de logo sur mesure' caught my eye. Any entrepreneurs here used them for a logo? What was the process like?

P PoojaR 2 hours ago ✓ Best Answer

Yes! I used them for my logo and visual identity package. The initial consultation was super helpful, they really tried to understand my brand vision. Then they sent a few concepts and we refined one from there. Very collaborative process.

P PoojaR 56 minutes ago

I think there was a small discount for the full pack, yes. Worth asking them directly.

R RahulK 48 minutes ago

That sounds promising. Did you get a 'réduction pack logo'?

G gamerraj 1 hour ago

I got my logo done by them about 6 months ago. I liked the results, but the revision rounds took a bit longer than I expected. Just be prepared for a bit of back-and-forth if you're picky like me!

R RahulK 31 minutes ago

Good to know. I definitely have a specific idea in mind, so revisions are a must.

D darkknight 13 minutes ago

Did you have to pay extra for more revisions or was it included in the package?

M maxwell 1 hour ago

I'm curious about this too. Are there any 'codes promo pour les entrepreneurs' specifically? Or just the general 'remise première commande'?

D deepu 49 minutes ago

I've only seen the 'promo site web wordpress' bundles, not specific logo ones for entrepreneurs.

R RahulK 25 minutes ago

I think the 'offre de bienvenue' applies to everyone, but sometimes they have seasonal deals. Following this to see if anyone knows about entrepreneur-specific ones.

Hey has anyone used ilimane for a logo before? Wondering how the design process works, like do you get to give feedback or do they just send you the final thing?

N Nick Carter 2 months ago

Yeah, I got a logo from them last year. They send you initial concepts and you can definitely ask for revisions. It's not just a one-and-done, they work with you a bit.

S Shane 2 months ago

They actually have a pretty clear process. You give them your ideas at the start, then they draft some stuff, and you can ask for tweaks. I think you get a few rounds of changes included.

How long does it usually take to get a realistic portrait from ilimane? Need one for a gift soon!

T Troy Romero 1 month ago

Depends on how busy they are, but from my experience, it took about a week and a half for the initial draft, then a few more days after a small revision.

C Colin Kaur 1 month ago

They're digital, so no shipping wait. But the actual creation time can vary. I'd reach out to them directly with your deadline if it's tight.
